TRAMA33 Terms Of Service and Use
1. Payment
Every service starts only after payment confirmation, which can be done in advance or, by agreement, in two parts (50% at the beginning and 50% on delivery). Installment payments can be agreed. There are no refunds once service begins.
2. Creative References
For music production, soundtrack or sound design services, it is necessary to send clear visual and/or sound references. Significant changes in creative direction after initiation may incur additional costs.
3. Reviews
Revisions requested after completion of the project will be charged at an amount corresponding to 40% of the service subtotal.
4. Usage Rights
The rights to use the material produced are only granted after full payment, as defined in the contract.

6. Contract
When contracting any service, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the conditions established in a specific contract.
